Rainbow Counselling is a private counselling and psychotherapy service, in Kinmel Bay North Wales, and has been created to support adults over 18 during difficult times. This service provides clients with a safe space to explore any presenting issues and is done so in complete confidence and in a non judgemental and ethical way. Rainbow Counselling is fully compliant with BACP regulations and Data Protection (GDPR).
I first began training in counselling in 2008 and became fully qualified in 2012. On a daily basis I work with a wide and varied range of issues from short solution focused guidance to long term grief and trauma. My special interest centres around rape and sexual abuse and I spent seven years working with the Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre which provided some excellent training and support.
As a committed therapist, people from all backgrounds are welcome and I am keen to continue learning and evolving through much dedicated training and supervision with highly skilled practitioners. My aim is to support people by providing them with insight, knowledge and empowerment through an empathic, accepting and warm relational approach. This is often a rewarding process for both client and therapist.
Please feel free to make contact me by email or telephone if you need any further information. Your correspondence is important and will be answered as soon as possible.
I look forward to hearing from you
Sarah
