Sarah Blay MBACP, MBPsS, UKATA | Providing Face to Face counselling across North Wales.
And remotely throughout the UK
We are providing counselling to many people across the UK via our online Zoom sessions or phone services.
To learn more about this and arrange an appointment please contact Sarah via our contact page.
I first began training in counselling in 2008 and became fully qualified in 2012. On a daily basis I work with a wide and varied range of issues from short solution focused guidance to long term grief and trauma. My special interest centres around rape and sexual abuse and I spent seven years working with the Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre who provided some excellent training and support.
As a committed therapist, people from all backgrounds are welcome and I am keen to continue learning and evolving through much dedicated training and supervision with highly skilled practitioners. My aim is to support people by providing them with insight, knowledge and empowerment. This is often a rewarding process for both client and therapist.
Please feel free to make contact by email or telephone if you need any further information. Your correspondence is important and will be answered as soon as possible.
I look forward to hearing from you
