Would you prefer online counselling?
We are providing counselling to many people across the UK via our online Zoom sessions and over the phone.
To learn more about this and arrange an appointment please contact Sarah via our contact page.
I first began training in counselling in 2008 and became fully qualified in 2012. On a daily basis I work with a wide and varied range of issues from short solution focused guidance to long term grief and trauma. My special interest centres around rape and sexual abuse and I spent seven years working with the Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre who provided some excellent training and support.
I would describe myself as a dedicated and committed therapist, keen to continue learning and evolving. My aim is to support people through providing them with insight, knowledge and empowerment. This is often a rewarding process for both client and therapist.
Please feel free to make contact by email or telephone if you need any further information. Your correspondence is important and will be answered as soon as possible.
I look forward to hearing from you
